Head of Industry at Twitter Brazil for 10 years — leading a 9-person team, responsible for 42% of Twitter Brazil's total revenue, the largest single portfolio in the country, and developing people who grew into leadership roles.
Until I started questioning if that rhythm, and that version of life, still made sense for me.

After 40
I walked away from a solid, promising career and a high, stable income.
I moved to a different country and started rebuilding my life in a very different way.
A new routine. New responsibilities.
A completely new structure.
New meanings and new intentions.
New challenges, of course. But also new pleasures.
I know how scary change can feel. Letting go of something to make space for something else is never easy. Sometimes it feels distant — almost impossible — even when it’s exactly what we deeply want.

THE SECOND LANE
Clay has always been part of my life.
My mother has been doing pottery for over 15 years, and for most of that time, she was inviting me to join her.
I always said no. Too busy. Too deep in corporate life.
Then, during my sabbatical, I walked into a Sip and Clay class (honestly, more for the wine). And I completely fell in love. I wish I had started earlier.
Pottery gave me one of the most powerful tools in my own process of reconnection.
Not because of what I was creating.
Because of what happened while I was creating it.
It slows you down. It brings you into the present. It quiets the noise. And in that quiet, something important tends to surface.
That's why I call it active meditation.
And that's why I bring it to others.
